Getting Started

1. Choose initialization mode (Admin API Key or App ID)
2. Enter your DevRev Admin API Key or PLuG App ID
3. Validate and fetch data (Admin mode) or validate App ID
4. Configure appearance, features, and positioning
5. Click "Apply Changes" to update settings
6. Use "Initialize PLuG" to start the widget
7. Test features using the action buttons

Where to Find Your Credentials

PLuG App ID (Anonymous Mode):
Go to Settings → PLuG Chat → Your unique app ID
Use this for anonymous access without user authentication

Admin API Key (Full Features):
Go to Settings → Account and generate a Personal Access Token
Provides full access including user switching and org data
